Junior Trampolining is a fun and energetic class where younger gymnasts can learn the basics of trampolining, develop new skills and build confidence.

Using full-size trampolines, mini tramp, air mats, air spots and our fast track, gymnasts will develop their coordination, strength and control while progressing safely in a supportive environment.
