Junior Tumble is a fun and energetic class where younger gymnasts can learn the foundations of tumbling, develop new skills and build confidence.
Through a range of tumbling activities, gymnasts will improve their strength, flexibility, coordination and body control while progressing safely in a supportive environment.
*Please note: Junior Tumble is suitable for gymnasts who have completed at least 12 months of gymnastics and have a good understanding of basic tumbling skills. This class is not suitable for complete beginners.*
